Åge Vindenes, who assumed the role of General Manager in 2020, is now transitioning into the position of Business Development Manager. In his new role, he will be responsible for business development, commercial activities, and continuing his close engagement with the market. At the same time, Ole Petter Berland takes over as the new General Manager.
The change marks a shift in the company’s leadership structure, with clear role allocation and a strengthening of the management team.
Since taking over as General Manager in 2020, Åge Vindenes has played a key role in the company’s development and day-to-day operations. He has led the business with strong commitment, solid industry expertise, and delivered strong results.
In the role of Business Development Manager, Vindenes will focus more extensively on business development and long-term value creation. He will be responsible for strategic customer relationships, further development of commercial initiatives, and close follow-up of market activities.

Ole Petter Berland assumes the position of General Manager of the company. He brings broad leadership experience from the oil and gas industry, most recently from a role as General Manager within the construction industry. With strong expertise in industry, operations, and leadership, he now brings this experience into the company.
