Sotra Gruppen AS is a privately owned Norwegian limited company with its head office in the municipality of Fjell, on Sotra just outside Bergen.

The company is a holding company that in addition to owning property has 100 % ownership of the companies: Sotra Marine Produkter AS, Sotra Contracting AS SOCON and SOCON Norheimsund Sveis AS.
