With its unique location on the edge of Hjeltefjorden and with short distance to the CCB offshore supply base, the oil terminal at Stura, the oil refinery at Mongstad, the gas terminal at Kollsnes, the dock facilities at Hanøytangen and to Bergen Airport Flesland, Sotra Contracting AS is a key supplier to the industry in Western Norway.

The company provides workshop services such as repair, fabrication and installation of mechanical components.

The company was established in 1980 and has since then been a key player in the offshore oil and gas industry. We have long experience in providing services to shipping, fisheries, fish farming and industry.

The company currently has approx 35 employees. Several of these are certified for offshore work and through the years have carried out many large and small contracts both on mobile and fixed installations in the North Sea. All employees have attended a course in hot work and are certified to execute such work on various construction sites.
