Sotra Anchor & Chain cooperate with many of the world`s largest makers of anchors and chains to secure delivery of good quality anchors and chain to shipyards around the world. We focus on delivery of “just in time”. Our company have the advantage that we have one or the world`s largest stock of anchors and chain. In case of delay or other events in production, we are able to maintain the delivery to our customer, as we have back-up in stock. With yards in Scotland and The Netherlands, and our own quay facilities at our central location along the main shipping route off the coast of Norway in Bergen, we can offer our customers easy and flexible delivery.

We keep approximately 9,000 tonnes of new and second hand anchors and chain on hand at any given time, to meet your unplanned equipment needs.

We can supply most sizes and types of chain from 12,5 to 137 mm and anchors from 20 kgs to 25 tonnes from our stock, with certifications as needed.
